Update: The Ultimate PHP Error Reporter

While testing my latest web-app I put The Ultimate PHP Error Reporter to work to help me clean up minor bugs. Lo and behold, ErrorReporter "self-reported" an error. The ErrorReporter code is for php 5.3.0 but my web host is still running php 5.2.17. As a consequence some constants were reported as "undefined" in the code. I've uploaded a minor fix to solve this issue.
