Update: phpErrorReporter v 1.2.0

New versions of php often deprecate some old function and this change can generate thousands of lines of warnings in the php error log to the point of bringing down the server. To solve this problem I added code that checks the log's file size and sends timely email warnings to the administrator via the noticeReporter() function added in version 1.1.0
