Postal Instructions: How to attach stamps to envelopes


IPOSTEL, the Venezuelan postal service, has circulated the following instructions to all postal workers:

How to attach stamps to envelopes

It has come to our attention that the users of the postal service are not attaching the new Bs. 101 stamp properly to the envelopes. All postal workers will instruct users on the proper procedure to attach these stamps.

Bs. 101 postage stamp

The proper procedure to follow is to lick the backside of the stamp, NOT to spit on the front of the stamp.
