  • The FCC’s net neutrality policy scored a big win this week when a federal appeals court ruled that the agency has the authority to regulate internet service providers (ISPs) similar to how it does telephone companies. ISPs are vowing to fight the decision. Wharton’s Kevin Werbach spoke about the implications of the policy when the FCC initially released it in 2015.
  • The concept of “cyber war” goes back to the beginning of the internet, almost 50 years ago. Pulitzer-Prize-winning journalist Fred Kaplan traces the history of this topic in his new book, which he recently discussed on the Knowledge@Wharton show on SiriusXM.
